For many years I have a communications-advise bureau. In addition I write books.

In my work I deal with a multiplicity of questions and tasks that people and organizations face in our time. Questions and tasks in the areas of (self)reflection, personal leadership, relationships, cooperation with others, and the next steps in the development of the organization. On the basis of my knowledge and experience in the areas of development and spirituality, I reach insights and development possibilities.

Our world is changing rapidly. So are we.

In my work I show that this change is connected with the transition we human beings are making towards radically new phases in our development. New phases that call for entirely new qualities and capabilities.

In my books and courses I work out these themes as they relate to daily life and show their spiritual and religious backgrounds.
